- Q: When is the next Pin-a-go-go?
A: The super-secret formula for determining the show date is to pick the weekend after Mother's day. If the webpage hasn't been updated for the next year, that is a safe guess. - Q: Is there a tournament?
A: New for 2011 - there will be a tournament! Details TBD. - Q: Is this a pinball auction?
A: No, just a show. A lot of the games will be for sale however - Q: Can I pay at the door ?
A: Yes - Q: Can I bring pin so-and-so?
A: Yes, Please do - Q: Will Pin XXXXX be there this year?
A: Maybe. Even if someone RSVP's a pin it won't always show up The majority of pins at the show come from people who haven't commited to bringing them beforehand. - Q: How many pins will be there this year?
A: Very likely over one hundred - Q: I was at Pin-A-Go-Go last year, and the pin I wanted to play was broken!
A: Unfortunately, as anyone who owns a pin knows, these things do break down. Try to find the owner of the pin, as they will usually attempt to repair it. If you don't know who the owner is (or don't know what they look like) try to find a staff member to point you in the right place. - Q: The Flyer says Friday is for Setup, is that true?
A: Most people will be showing up and setting up Friday, but you can play pins too. We will be setting some before the opening time. - Q: There are no credits on the game I want to play, what gives?
A: Most new games will be set to free play. Older games didn't have that option. Some owners rig their machine so that if you press the coin reject button it will add a credit (steve's sys80 gottliebs), others may leave the coin box open so you can add credits yourself. Others will just patrol their machine every hour or so and add up the max credits and leave.
